I have been working on assets. Started with some rocks because they are easy, even if they aren't the most glamorous of things to make. I really need to make about 15 more, they will be made when I only have a bit of time as I can crank one out in about 5-15 minutes now!
Last minute add tonight was the pink steps you can see. Wanted to test them out to make sure they worked before painting them in Substance Painter.
So I probably spent way too much time on it, around 10+ hours but I wanted to update the turn in chest to something more befitting it's role in the game so I did.
I does look a lot better (need to be alittle closer, video to come soon). You can also see finally made an entrance to the Fort as well. Doors will come later or maybe not at all. Not sure yet if I want doors...
In addition to the entrance to the Fort, I worked on the towers as well. So far have a tower with a single entrance and double entrance. I will make two more, 3 entrances and 4 entrances. I will make a blue print to spawn the right mesh when building walls next to the tower so you can get acess to them.
You can see one more shot of the new chest in this image as well as the two types of towers. When I have everything working, for the wood towers and walls I will make a video showing them and how they will be placed.
Still trying to figure out if I want to build everything on foundations or let them be built directly on the ground as well. Not sure if this makes sense but let me know which way you would like to see it.
